Shipping, Local Delivery & Returns
The Pink Polka Dot, Inc. is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- Returns are not accepted for custom orders, items requiring personalization, or edible items.
Shipping to and from The Pink Polka Dot is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. We ship UPS and USPS.
A separate delivery charge applies to all orders. Shipping is also available. Certain hotels charge a separate fee to distribute to guests; these fees will be invoiced separately after delivery.
All deliveries are made on Thursdays unless otherwise requested (an additional fee may apply). Gifts will be delivered to the front desk; each hotel has its own policy for distribution. The Pink Polka Dot will make one delivery attempt per location. If guests are not present to accept welcome gift, it will be left in a visible location. In case of inclement weather, items will be placed in a protective bag. Client agrees to provide The Pink Polka Dot with a detailed list of all locations and guest names one week prior to your event date.
Delivery fees are $10 for the first location and $5 for each additional location within Falmouth, Mashpee, and Sandwich. A minimum delivery charge of $15 applies.
Delivery fees are $15 for the first location and $10 for each additional location for all other Cape Cod towns. A minimum delivery charge of $25 applies.
